During your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have, as well as discuss your history and background. It's also a time for us to start getting to know one another and begin getting a sense of what working together will be like.

The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy and need only a few sessions to address a specific issue, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy for more complex concerns or ongoing support.

Therapy can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health and well-being. I am not in network with any insurance providers. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the required information for insurance companies to process your claim. It’s helpful to speak with your specific insurance plan to ask about your out of network benefits.
Here are some questions you might want to ask your insurance plan:
What are my out-of-network benefits?
Ask if your plan covers out-of-network providers and what percentage of the costs they will reimburse. This will give you an idea of how much you’ll need to pay out of pocket.Do I have a deductible for out-of-network services?
Inquire about the amount you need to pay out-of-pocket before your insurance begins to reimburse for out-of-network services. Be sure to ask if this deductible is separate from your in-network deductible. Is there a limit on the number of therapy sessions covered?
Check if your plan limits the number of therapy sessions they’ll reimburse annually for out-of-network providers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so this allows another client to potentially access that time. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full fee of the missed appointment.
